FAPAS乳粉中单核细胞增生李斯特菌能力验证结果分析与讨论

Analysis and Discussion About the Verification Results of Listeria monocytogenes in Milk Powder from FAPAS Laboratory

为了提升食品中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检测能力,本实验室参加了FAPAS分析实验室能力验证机构组织的实验室能力验证,分别运用国标方法、分子生物学方法和基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱法对样品进行检测鉴定。结果表明,M224d02-A样品检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌,M224d02-B样品检出英诺克李斯特菌,属于李斯特氏菌属。2个样品检验结果均取得满意结果。

To strengthen the detection power of Listeria monocytogenes in food,our laboratory participated in proficiency testing on Listeria monocytogenes detection in foods which was organized by Food Analysis Performance Assessment Scheme(FAPAS).We used 3 methods for the test,respectively national standard method,molecular biology method and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOFMS)method.Listeria monocytogenes were detected in M228d02-A.Listeria innocua belonged to Listeria sp.were detected in M228d02-B.The test results of 2 samples were outstanding grade.
