HPLC法同时测定金银花露中的维生素C和山梨酸

摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定金银花露中维生素C和山梨酸含量的方法,并进行了回收率实验。样品液体直接过0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤,采用C_(18)柱,流动相为甲醇+乙酸铵(5∶95),检测波长230mm,液相色谱洗脱的方法分离测定。结果表明,该法简便,测定结果准确,可直接用于金银花露中维生素C和山梨酸含量的同时测定。 A method for the simultaneous determination of vitamin C and sorbic acid in honeysuckle dew by high performance liquid chromatography was established,and the recovery experiment was conducted.Sample liquid directly passes 0.22μm microporous filter membrane.A C_(18) column was used as a microporous membrane filter.The mobile phase was methanol+ammonium acetate(5∶95),and the detection wavelength was 230 mm.The method of liquid chromatography elution was used for separation and determination.The experimental results show that the method is simple and accurate,and can be directly used for the simultaneous determination of vitamin C and sorbic acid in honeysuckle dew.
