液质联用仪测定莓茶中咪唑烟酸残留量

Determination of imazapy Residue in Ampelopsis grossedentata by Liquid Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了液质联用仪测定莓茶中咪唑烟酸残留量的方法,改进样品前处理,优化色谱、质谱参数,测定咪唑烟酸残留量,采用外标法定量,特征离子对定性。结果表明,咪唑烟酸在0.01~100.00μg·L^(-1)线性良好,曲线方程为y=66081x+4561,相关系数r=0.9988;在3个加标水平(0.1μg·kg^(-1)、0.5μg·kg^(-1)、1.0μg·kg^(-1))下,咪唑烟酸的平均回收率在80.0%~103.0%,相对标准偏差为7.1%。该液质联用的方法具有简单、准确度好、通用性强等特点,适用于检测莓茶中的咪唑烟酸残留量。 A method was established for the determination of imazapy residues in Ampelopsis grossedentata by liquid-mass combined apparatus.The imidazolicotinic acid residues were determined by external standard method by improving the sample pretreatment and optimizing the parameters of chromatographic and mass spectrometry.The results showed that imazapy had good linearity in the range of 0.01~100.00μg·L^(-1),the curve equation is y=66081x+4561,and the correlation coefficient r=0.9988.The average recoveries of imazapy ranged from 80.0%to 103.0%with relative standard deviations of 7.1%at three spiked levels(0.1μg·kg^(-1),0.5μg·kg^(-1),1.0μg·kg^(-1)).The liquid-mass combination method is simple,accurate and universal,which is suitable for the determination of imazapy residues in Ampelopsis grossedentata.
