摘要 随着生活品质的提高,人们对食品安全问题更加关注,诱发食品安全问题的原因众多,其中微生物污染日益成为诱发食品安全问题的一大因素,给人体健康乃至生命安全带来威胁。微生物种类繁多,对检测技术要求较高,需不断加强和优化微生物检测技术及方法,为食品安全检测提供切实的技术支撑,保障人们的身体健康。本文对微生物检测技术在食品安全检测中的具体应用进行分析,以优化食品中微生物检测技术及方法。 With the improvement of quality of life,people are paying more attention to food safety issues,and there are many reasons that can cause food safety problems.Among them,microbial pollution is increasingly becoming a major factor that triggers food safety problems,posing a threat to human health and even life safety.There are various types of microorganisms and high requirements for detection technology.It is necessary to continuously strengthen and optimize microbial detection technology and methods to provide practical technical support for food safety testing and ensure people’s physical health.This article analyzes the specific application of microbial detection technology in food safety testing,in order to optimize the microbial detection technology and methods in food.
