学习活力视角下卓越教师的专业学习及启示 被引量:2

Outstanding Teachers’Professional Learning and Inspirations from thePerspective of Learning Vitality

摘要 教师学习活力是教师专业持续发展的基本前提,也是教师教育政策和实践关注的重要议题。文章基于教师文化回应性动机理论框架,通过卓越教师的单案例研究,得到以下结论:卓越教师的专业学习态度呈现出志趣与成长导向的学习情感,学习过程中的任务与进阶强化了其内部学习动机,对学习环境中专业和场域的主动抉择提升了其发展包容能力,学习结果层面成就感和尊严感的唤醒促进了其能力生成。研究围绕教师个体内在情意的激发与驱动、学习任务的设计与迭代、学习环境与可选择性的提升、外部评估与自我反思相结合的发展机制四个方面,得到了激发教师学习活力的策略与途径。 The vitality of teacher learning is a fundamental prerequisite for the sustained development of teacher professionalism,and is also an important issue of concern in teacher education policies and practices.Based on the framework of teacher cultural responsive motivational theory,this study used a single case study of outstanding teachers to come out following results:outstanding teachers’professional learning attitudes demonstrate a learning emotion that is both interest-oriented and growth-oriented;the tasks and advancements in the learning process reinforced their internal learning motivation;the active decision-making of profession and working-place in learning environment improved their ability of inclusiveness;the awakening of a sense of achievement and dignity at the level of learning outcomes promoted their ability generation.The study proposed specific conclusions for inspiring teacher learning vitality around four aspects:stimulating the intrinsic emotions and driving forces of teachers,designing and iterating learning tasks,improving the learning environment and choice,and combining external evaluation with self-reflection.
