摘要 教师正确地实施教育惩戒有助于学生的健康成长。课题组以小学在职教师为调查对象,通过问卷调查和访谈调查获知小学教师实施教育惩戒的现状。调查表明:小学教师对教育惩戒的态度差异较大,教育惩戒易受教师情绪影响,教师能力参差不齐使得惩戒效果不一,社会舆论导向和家长观念影响教育惩戒的实施。教育惩戒的改进需要教师加强教育理论学习,提升教育惩戒的把控能力;家长树立正确的教育惩戒观,社会创设良好的舆论环境,家校社协同育人,为教师合理实施教育惩戒提供外部支持。 The correct implementation of educational discipline by teachers contributes to the healthy growth of students.The research group selected in-service primary school teachers as the survey subjects and learned about the current situation of educational discipline implemented by primary school teachers through surveys.The survey shows that there are significant differences in the attitudes of primary school teachers towards educational punishment.Educational punishment is easily influenced by teachers’emotions,and the uneven abilities of teachers lead to varying punishment effects.The guidance of social public opinion and parental attitudes affect the implementation of educational discipline.The improvement of educational discipline requires teachers to strengthen their learning of educational theory and improve the ability to control education discipline;Parents should establish a correct view of educational punishment,society should create a good public opinion environment,and family school society should collaborate to educate students,providing external support strategies for teachers to implement educational discipline reasonably.
