摘要
本研究以云南省小学为例,对收集的调查数据进行归纳与整合。调查发现学校劳动课程实施现状表现为:学校参照课标整体设计劳动课程、劳动课程实施场地集中于校内、缺乏劳动课程评价及安全保障、劳动教师的专业性有待提升、劳动课程实施过程中问题多样。针对不足,研究进一步提出资金投放支持劳动场地建设、加快健全劳动课程评价机制、落实劳动教育安全督导责任、加强劳动教育教师专项培训、协调统一劳动教育各方职责的优化路径。
The study summarizes and integrates the collected survey data of primary schools in Yunnan Province.The current situation of the implementation of labor curriculum in primary schools is manifested in the following aspects:schools design labor curriculum according to the new curriculum standards;the labor sites are concentrated on the campus;schools lack evaluation and safety protection of labor curriculum;the professionalism of labor teachers needs to be improved;various educational problems are grown in the implementation process of labor curriculum.In response to mitigate issues of the limitation of labor venues,the lack of labor evaluation and labor security,the lack of professionalism of labor teachers,and the frequent occurrence of labor education’s problems,optimization paths are proposed to support.Firstly,increase capital investment to support labor sites’construction.Secondly,accelerate the improvement of labor curriculum’s evaluation mechanism.Next,implement safety supervision responsibilities of labor education.Then,strengthen special training for labor teachers.Finally,coordinate and unify different responsibilities of all parties in labor education.
