综合德育实践活动的校本架构探索——以“四季”综合德育活动为例

摘要 综合德育活动应与学校德育基础、学校提倡的德育精神、德育培养目标相匹配;与学生的实际学习、生活情况相结合;与学生发展的节点、韵律紧密结合。学校努力构建全员、全过程、全方位的育人格局,增强学生道德体验和道德实践能力,在学生德性成长中找到恰当的载体,帮助学生在亲历感悟、实践体验中实现知行合一,提升德育实效。 To implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality,breeding and practicing socialist core values,our school builds the framework of comprehensive moral education activities in primary schools at the top level according to the Guiding Outline of Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools.The“Four Seasons”comprehensive moral education activities in primary schools match the foundation of moral education in the school,the spirit of moral education advocated by the school,and the goal of moral education cultivation;it is combined with the actual learning and living situation of students;and it is closely integrated with the nodes and rhythms of students’development.Our school aims to build a pattern of full-staff,whole-process and all-round education,enhance students’moral experience and moral practice ability,find the appropriate carrier in students’moral growth to help students realize the integration of knowledge and action in their own personal and practical experience and improve the effectiveness of moral education.
