融入心理干预的初中思政课教学实施探索——以《增强生命的韧性》一课为例

摘要 近年来,我国中小学学生焦虑、抑郁、自我认知障碍等心理问题一度引发社会关注,而初中段尤为明显。在反思总结与实践检验的基础上,本文以“开药方”的态度探索融入心理干预的初中思政课教学,结合《增强生命的韧性》一课,分享心理换位沟通、代际融合、情感唤醒、情景模拟等教学尝试,以帮助未成年人更加阳光地融入学习生活,走出焦虑,也希望借初中道德与法治课堂教学拓展德育功能,落实学科立德树人的使命,巧借心理干预的特殊疗法优化课程一体化育人功能。 The psychological problems such as anxiety,depression and self-cognition disorder of students in our country have aroused social concern,especially in junior middle school.On the basis of reflection and practice,this paper explores the teaching of ideological and political courses integrated with psychological intervention in junior middle school with the attitude of“prescribing medicine”.Combined with the case of“Enhancing the Resilience of Life”,this paper shares teaching attempts such as psychological transposition communication,intergenerational integration,emotional arousal,and scenario simulation,so as to help minors integrate into their study and life and get rid of their anxiety.With the help of the classroom teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high school(referred to as ideology and politics),we aim to expand the function of moral education,implement the mission of establishing morality and cultivating people in the discipline.Through the special therapy of psychological intervention,the function of curriculum integration is optimized.
