摘要
本文就棒材生产线550H、450H、350H短应力线轧机十字轴式万向联轴器生产过程中存在的不稳定性进行分析,通过对鼓形齿式联轴器及托架结构分析并提出改进方案,将轧机十字轴式万向联轴器改为伸缩型鼓形齿式联轴器,解决了水平轧机传动装置设备故障的发生。
In this paper,the instability in the production of cross-shaft universal coupling of bar mill of 550H,450H and 350H short stress line is analyzed,based on the analysis of the structure of drum-type gear coupling and bracket,the improvement scheme is put forward and the cross-shaft universal coupling is changed into the telescopic drum-type gear coupling,which solves the problem of equipment failure in the horizontal rolling mill transmission device.
