This paper analyzes the causes of common failures of the travel switch used in DK-L3 railway crossing machine and puts forward an equipment transformation scheme,so as to completely eliminate the failures of DK-L3 railway crossing machine caused by poor travel switch status,improve the safety and reliability of the electrical control part of the DK-L3 crossing machine.
