摘要
在湿法磷酸精制反应过程中,系统结垢堵塞成为制约反应的关键。针对湿法磷酸精制反应系统结晶垢样成分,利用FTIR、XRD、IC阴离子色谱仪、XRF等仪器,通过分析得到样品成份主要为氟硅酸钠占比16.7%,二氧化硅15.9%,磷酸钠1.5%,氟硅酸7%,结晶水59%,为系统清洗和阻垢提供可靠的数据支撑。
In the process of wet-process phosphoric acid refining,system scaling and clogging becomes the key to restrict the reaction.In view of the crystal scale composition of the wet process phosphoric acid refining reaction system,FTIR,XRD,IC anion chromatograph,XRF and other instruments were used to analyze the main contents of the sample:sodium fluosilicate accounted for 16.7%,silicon dioxide 15.9%,sodium phosphate 1.5%,fluorosilicate 7%,water of crystal 59%.It provides reliable data support for system cleaning and scale inhibition.
