离子色谱仪期间核查的方法

摘要 期间核查是在两次检定之间所做的核查,是为了核查仪器的稳定性、分辨率、灵敏度等指标是否持续符合检验检测工作的技术要求。不同的仪器有不同的特性,可以使用不同的期间核查方法,比如仪器间比对、方法比对、标准物质验证、做加标回收标准物质等。在条件允许的情况下,也可以按各个仪器的检定规程进行自校。离子色谱仪测定阴离子、阳离子具有速度快、灵敏度高、选择性好而且可以同时分析多种离子、稳定性好、无污染等优势,目前已在环境领域应用广泛。为了保证离子色谱仪在两次检定之间的可信度,需对其进行期间核查,以满足监测工作要求,保证监测结果的质量。 Intermediate verification is a verification conducted between two verifications to verify whether the stability,resolution,sensitivity,and other indicators of the instrument continue to meet the technical requirements of inspection and testing work.Different instruments have different characteristics,and different verification methods can be used during different periods,such as inter instrument comparison,method comparison,standard substance verification,and standard substance recovery through spiking.If conditions permit,self calibration can also be carried out according to the calibration regulations of each instrument.The ion chromatograph for the determination of anions and cations has advantages such as fast speed,high sensitivity,good selectivity,and the ability to simultaneously analyze multiple ions,good stability,and pollution-free.Currently,it has been widely used in the environmental field.In order to ensure the reliability of the ion chromatograph between two verifications,it is necessary to conduct periodic verification to meet the requirements of monitoring work and ensure the quality of monitoring results.
