恒温式热量计测定煤炭发热量的误差原因分析及对策

摘要 基于煤炭能源结构调整趋势,为减少煤炭热量消耗产生的资源浪费,对煤炭发热量测量进行探究,以恒温式热量计测定煤炭发热量可以精准得到煤炭发热量数据,技术人员可以根据数据分析煤炭热量测量存在误差的原因。通过探讨误差形成原因,制定出调整热量计测定煤炭发热量的测量对策,以期为类似行业管理做参考。 Based on the adjustment trend of coal energy structure,in order to reduce the resource waste caused by coal heat consumption,the measurement of coal calorific value is explored.The measurement of coal calorific value with a constant temperature calorimeter can accurately obtain the data of coal calorific value.Technicians can analyze the reasons for the error of coal calorific value measurement according to the data.By discussing the causes of errors,the measurement countermeasures of adjusting the calorimeter to measure the calorific value of coal are formulated,with a view to providing reference for the management of similar industries.
