摘要
为解决大型负荷设备化工厂在实际生产中由于电网波动而造成的晃电,导致设备停车,进而影响工厂连续生产的问题,在对化工厂关键节点分析的基础上,重点对空分环节、原料储运环节以及煤气净化环节提出了抗晃电技术改造方案,取得了理想的改造效果,可在化工厂中推广应用。
In order to solve the problem of power swing caused by power grid fluctuation in the actual production of large-scale load equipment chemical plant,which leads to equipment shutdown and further affects the continuous production of the plant,based on the analysis of key nodal analysis of the chemical plant,the anti power swing technical transformation scheme is put forward with emphasis on the air separation link,raw material storage and transportation link and gas purification link,which has achieved ideal transformation effect and can be popularized in chemical plants.
