摘要
通过对延长石油4万t/a乙炔装置炭黑的生成原理及炭黑生成的控制,来探究炭黑的处理办法。天然气制乙炔技术因为工艺原因会产生大量炭黑废水,正常炭黑质量分数在1.5~3.5%(和工艺技术以及工艺参数有关)。炭黑废水中含有超细炭黑,会影响装置的正常运行。使用真空转鼓过滤技术,将炭黑水浓缩为含水约85%的炭黑滤饼,但含水约85%的炭黑滤饼由于水含量高,仍难以实现炭黑滤饼的资源化和工业利用,只能作为固废填埋,并带来新的环保问题。
Through the principle of carbon black generation and control of carbon black generation in acetylene unit of extended petroleum 40,000 tons/year,the treatment method of carbon black is explored.Natural gas acetylene technology will produce a large amount of carbon black wastewater due to process reasons,and the normal carbon black content is between 1.5%~3.5%(related to process technology and process parameters).The carbon black water contains ultrafine carbon black,which will affect the normal operation of the device.Vacuum drum filter technology is used to concentrate carbon black water into carbon black filter cake with about 85%water content.However,due to the high water content of carbon black filter cake with about 85%water content,it is still difficult to realize the resource recovery and industrial utilization of carbon black filter cake,and can only be used as solid waste landfill,and bring new environmental problems.
