摘要
某4.0 Mt/a渣油加氢装置原料系统是双系列设置,分馏系统两系列共用,循环氢压缩机是渣油加氢装置核心的设备,如果循环氢压缩机出现问题,则是装置比较大的事故隐患,床层急冷氢中断,进而可能会带来催化剂床层飞温及设备损坏。通过对惠州石化循环氢压缩机事故停运进行分析,此次事故未启动紧急泄压,针对该事故的处理进行研究探讨,为以后遇到类似的事故提供经验。
The raw material system of a 4.0 Mt/a residual oil hydrogenation unit is a dual series configuration,and the fractionation system is shared between the two series.The circulating hydrogen compressor is the core equipment of the residual oil hydrogenation unit.If there is a problem with the circulating hydrogen compressor,it is a major accident hazard for the unit,causing sudden hydrogen interruption in the bed,which may lead to catalyst bed temperature and equipment damage.By analyzing the shutdown of Huizhou Petrochemical's circulating hydrogen compressor accident,it was found that emergency pressure relief was not initiated in this accident.Research and discussion were conducted on the handling of this accident to provide experience for similar accidents in the future.
