注浆改善疏放水现场条件技术应用

摘要 疏放青洼矿2207综放工作面老塘侧老三采区采空区内积水,除了从已施工到位的探放水孔流出外,积水不断支架后方煤壁渗出,从煤壁裂隙流出。通过老塘侧煤壁打孔、注浆,减少煤壁裂隙出水,实现了积水只从疏放钻孔中排出,改善了疏放水现场作业环境条件,有利于提升探放水进度,保障了工作面正常回采。 The accumulated water in the goaf of the old third mining area on the Laotang side of the 2207 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Qingwa Mine is not only flowing out from the exploratory water holes that have been constructed in place,but also continuously seeping out from the coal wall behind the support and flowing out from the cracks in the coal wall.By drilling and grouting on the coal wall of the old pond,the water from the cracks in the coal wall is reduced,and the accumulated water is only discharged from the drainage boreholes.This improves the operating environment conditions of the drainage site,which is conducive to improving the progress of water exploration and drainage,and ensures the normal recovery of the working face.
