煤矿综采工作面“一通三防”安全保障的有效策略剖析

Analysis of Effective Strategies for"One Ventilation and Three Prevention"Safety Assurance in Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Faces

为提高煤矿开采整体工作的安全系数,保障人力资源的生命健康安全,合理规避事故和安全隐患,煤矿综采工作面施工过程中务必要遵循“一通三防”的工作要求,以此解决煤矿开采和生产过程中有可能出现的突发事故。本文首先分析煤矿综采工作面“一通三防”的基本概念及主要功能,而后探究现阶段国内贯彻落实煤矿综采工作面“一通三防”安全保障工作要求的可行路径,以期为煤矿安全生产工作提供一些参考。

In order to improve the overall safety factor of coal mining work,ensure the health and safety of human resources,and reasonably avoid accidents and safety hazards,it is necessary to follow the work requirements of"one ventilation and three prevention"during the construction process of coal mining fully mechanized working faces.In order to solve the possible sudden accidents that may occur during coal mining and production processes,this article first analyzes the basic concepts and main functions of"one ventilation and three prevention"in fully mechanized coal mining working faces,and then explores the feasible paths for implementing the safety guarantee requirements of"one ventilation and three prevention"in fully mechanized coal mining working faces in China at present,in order to provide some reference for coal mine safety production work.
