摘要
从煤化工企业两起《硫化亚铁自燃事故》典型案例,可以看出企业在生产过程中,由于会产生大量的硫化亚铁物质,所以给生产带来安全隐患。通过对硫化亚铁产生的机理特性分析,结合企业实际情况,提出防范硫化亚铁发生自燃的具体措施和应急处置方法。
From two typical cases of"spontaneous combustion accidents of ferrous sulfide"in coal chemical enterprises,it can be seen that the enterprise produces a large amount of ferrous sulfide substances during the production process,which brings safety hazards to production.By analyzing the mechanism and characteristics of the production of ferrous sulfide and combining with the actual situation of the enterprise,specific measures and emergency response methods for preventing the spontaneous combustion of ferrous sulfide are proposed.
