开放式创新环境下的医学院校图书馆智库服务功能探讨

Discussion on the Service Function of Medical University Library Think Tank in the Open Innovation Environment

如今,医学技术飞速发展,在如此创新环境下,建设新型智库的进程全面推进。医学院校图书馆的服务不再局限于书籍的借阅,而是向高校、医院及社会提供智库服务。本文从高校图书馆智库建设的角度分析了开展智库服务的优势,面向智库建设的服务与功能、医学高校图书馆智库知识服务创新,也发现了一些存在的问题,如机构功能拓展欠缺、相关政策研究不够、研究模式亟需改变、智库作用发挥不充分等问题。

Nowadays,medical technology is developing rapidly,and in such an innovative environment,the process of building a new type of think tank is fully advanced.The services of medical school libraries are no longer limited to the borrowing of books,but also provide think tank services to universities,hospitals and society.From the perspective of think tank construction,this paper analyzes the advantages of think tank services,the services and functions oriented to think tank construction,the innovation of think tank knowledge services in medical university libraries,and also finds some existing problems,such as insufficient expansion of institutional functions,insufficient research on related policies,urgent need to change research models,and insufficient role of think tanks.
