摘要
北口大桥跨江主桥是世界首座三塔四跨双层连续钢桁梁悬索桥,是G1523高速公路(宁波-东莞)和G228国道(丹东-东兴)在温州市内跨越瓯江的控制性工程。上层宽33.5m,为时速100km的双向六车道高速公路;下层宽33m,为时速80km的双向六车道一级公路。大桥总长2090m,上、下桥面顺桥向每间隔3.3m设置1道倒T形横梁[1]。为解决在大桥BKGL-03标段工厂制作环节422道鱼腹形横梁消耗失控问题,创造性地开展了三段制作、镜像叠合备料等全新工艺降耗技术研究。在满足设计要求的同时,化解了大桥制作成本上涨的风险。
The main bridge of Beikou Bridge across the river is the world's first three-tower four-span double-deck continuous steel truss suspension bridge,which is a control project of G1523 Expressway(Ningbo Dongguan)and G228 National Highway(Dandong Dongxing)across the Oujiang River in Wenzhou.The upper layer is 33.5m wide and is a two-way six-lane expressway with a speed of 100 kilometers per hour;The lower layer is 33 meters wide and is a two-way six lane first-class highway with a speed of 80 kilometers per hour.The total length of the bridge is 2090 meters,and one inverted T-shaped beam is set every 3.3 meters along the bridge direction on the upper and lower deck.To solve the problem of uncontrolled consumption of 422 fish-bellied beams in the factory manufacturing process of the bridge BKGL 03 bid section,a new process of consumption reduction technology research,such as three-section manufacturing,mirror lamination and material preparation,has been creatively carried out.While meeting the design requirements,the risk of rising cost of bridge fabrication is resolved.
