青年学生是国家的希望和未来。加强青年学生网络社群的管理,防止出现失范行为,是一项具有复杂性、综合性、长期性的系统工程。以青年学生网络社群为分析对象进行研究,分析其失范行为背后的成因,并探究其有效的德育路径。要坚持6个建设:强化体系建设,提高协同性;硬化阵地建设,注重保障性;净化环境建设,增强纯洁性;优化队伍建设,发挥示范性;美化内容建设,培养价值性;深化精神建设,提升先进性。

Young students are the hope and future of the country.It is a complex,comprehensive and long-term systematic project to strengthen the management of young students'network communities and prevent misconduct.This paper takes the network community of young students as the analysis object,analyzes the causes behind their anomie behavior,and explores its effective moral education path.We should adhere to six constructions:strengthen the system construction and improve the coordination;Strengthen the construction of positions and pay attention to supportability;Purify the environment and enhance purity;Optimize team building and give play to demonstration;Beautify content construction and cultivate value;Deepen spiritual construction and enhance progressiveness.
