青藏高原天气气候前沿预报理论培训的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Training of Forefront Weather and Climate Prediction Theory on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau

为满足新时代气象防灾减灾第一道防线和国民经济全方位保障的需求,提高一线业务人员的业务水平,促进业务与科研深度融合,实现科研创新成果的转化应用,探索开展青藏高原天气气候前沿预报理论培训班型的开发。根据气象部门的组织需求和一线业务人员的业务需求,以及社会公众对气象服务的需求,提出了一种具有创新思维的培训方式,将研究性学习与探讨性培训相结合,旨在提升业务人员业务水平,开拓业务人员科研思维,并探讨了培训的必要性、培训目标、课程设置和培训内容等方面。

In order to meet the needs of the first line of defense for meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation in the new era and the all-round guarantee of the national economy,improve the professional level of front-line business personnel,promote the deep integration of business and scientific research,realize the transformation and application of scientific research and innovation achievements,and explore the development of the training class type of weather and climate frontier forecasting theory on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau.According to the organizational needs of the meteorological department and the business needs of frontline business personnel,as well as the needs of the public for meteorological services,a training mode with innovative thinking was proposed,which combines research based learning with exploratory training,aiming to improve the business level of business personnel and expand their scientific research thinking.The necessity,training objectives,curriculum and training content of the training are discussed.
