基层农业气象服务水平提升策略探索

Exploration of Strategies to Improve the Level of Agrometeorological Services at the Grassroots Level

随着全球气候变暖,农业气象灾害频发,气象部门应着力解决制约基层农业气象工作高速发展的突出问题,提升基层农业气象服务水平。基于此,阐述了提升基层农业气象服务水平的必要性,分析了农业气象服务对农业经济的影响及其存在的问题,并提出了提高基层农业气象服务水平的有效措施,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。

With the global warming and the frequent occurrence of agrometeorological disasters,the meteorological department should focus on solving the prominent problems that restrict the rapid development of agrometeorological work at the grassroots level and improve the level of agrometeorological services at the grass-roots level.Based on this,this paper expounded the necessity of improving agrometeorological services at the grass-roots level,analyzed the impact of agrometeorological services on agricultural economy and the existing problems,and puts forward effective measures to improve the service level,with a view to providing reference for relevant staff.
