摘要
随着气象科普顶层设计日趋完善,科普宣传载体不断创新,初步形成了新的气象科普社会化格局。当前,正值农业高质量发展时期,气象部门结合《气象科普发展规划(2019—2025)》要求,预期在2025年建成现代化气象科普体系目标,提高气象科学知识普及率,增强农业防灾减灾效果。以此为出发点,概述了农业防灾减灾中气象科普宣传的三重作用。通过分析新时期农业防灾减灾中气象科普宣传工作面临的问题,提出了较有针对性的应对策略。
With the improvement of the top-level design of meteorological science popularization and the continuous innovation of the media of science popularization,a new pattern of socialization of meteorological science popularization has initially formed.At present,in the period of high-quality agricultural development,the meteorological department was expected to complete the goal of establishing a modern meteorological science popularization system by 2025 in combination with the requirements of the Development Plan for Meteorological Science Popularization(2019-2025),improve the popularization rate of meteorological science knowledge,and enhance the effect of agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation.Based on this,this paper summarizes the triple role of meteorological science publicity in agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation.Through analyzing the problems faced by meteorological science popularization in agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation in the new era,several targeted countermeasures were put forward.
