“网格+气象”体系在基层防灾减灾中的应用探析

Application of“Grid+Meteorology”System in Disaster Prevention and Reduction at Grassroots Level

2019年以来,浙江省江山市气象局主动融入“党建统领基层治理”大局和网格化社会综治体系,建立健全气象网格机制,深入推进“网格+气象”工作,筑牢气象监测预警的防灾救灾“第一道防线”。基于此,重点阐述了工作推进过程中体制机制的建立情况,组织流程的构架及在气象防灾减灾中的应用策略,为基层气象防灾减灾提供借鉴。

Since 2019,Jiangshan Meteorological Bureau of Zhejiang Province has actively integrated into the overall situation of"Party building leading grassroots governance"and the comprehensive governance system of grid society,innovatively established and improved the meteorological grid mechanism,deeply promoted the"grid+meteorology"work,and built the"first line of defense"for disaster prevention and relief of meteorological monitoring and early warning.This paper focuses on the establishment of system and mechanism,the structure of organization process and the application in meteorological disaster prevention and reduction in the process of work promotion,providing reference for grass-roots meteorological disaster prevention and reduction.
