一种新型自紧密封管法兰系统

摘要 为了避免高温高压环境螺栓应力松弛造成的传统螺栓联接法兰密封性能下降,提出一种新型自紧密封法兰系统。该系统采用一组主螺栓平衡介质压力,并采用一组小直径的螺栓压紧垫片。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对该结构在不同的预紧工况以及操作工况下进行应力分析,并对不同工况下的垫片接触压力进行对比分析。最终计算结果表明:该系统可以替代传统的法兰系统,能有效地减小螺栓载荷;在操作工况下垫片压紧力有所提升,有一定的自紧密封功能。 In order to avoid the degradation of the sealing performance of traditional bolted flanges caused by bolt stress relaxation in high temperature and high pressure environments,a new self-tightening sealing flange system is proposed.The system uses a set of main bolts to balance the medium pressure and a set of small diameter bolts to compress the gasket.The ANSYS Workbench finite element software is used to analyze the stress of the structure under different preload conditions and operating conditions,and the contact pressure of the gasket under different conditions is compared and analyzed.The final calculation results show that the system can replace the traditional flange system and can effectively reduce the bolt load;under the operating conditions,the compression force of the gasket is improved,and it has a certain self-tightening sealing performance.
