煤矿框架式高强度液压支架让锚装置设计与应用

摘要 为保证高水充填沿空留巷顶板的完整性,保护锚杆、锚索在使用中不被液压支架移架时破坏,提高顶板支护强度,以沿空留巷高冲水充填作为切入点,设计了一种液压支架让锚装置。从支架让锚装置的组成、让锚装置部件尺寸的确定、工字钢及内外钢板的选取、固定连接方式等方面进行阐述。此装置的成功投运,在保护锁具的同时保护了支护结构,为大采高综采工作面无煤柱连续开采提供了有力保障。 In order to ensure the integrity of the roof of the gob-side entry retaining with high-water filling,protect the anchor rod and anchor cable from being damaged by the moving frame of the hydraulic support,and improve the roof support strength,taking the high flushing water filling of the gob-side roadway as the cut-in point,a kind of yielding bolt device of hydraulic support is designed.This paper expounds the composition of the yielding bolt device of the support,the determination of the component size of the yielding bolt device,the selection of I-beam and internal and external steel plates,the fixed connection mode and so on.The successful operation of this device protects the lock and the supporting structure at the same time,and provide a strong guarantee for the continuous mining without coal pillar in the fully mechanized mining face with large mining height.
