摘要
基于螺栓螺母装配作业流程,结合少人化的设计理念,设计了螺栓螺母全自动装配单元,并对其中的电控系统、输送料装置、拧紧装置、检测装置、出料装置、工装部件等结构进行了系统的论证和研究,实现了螺栓螺母的智能化装配。同时围绕五个创新点和解决两个核心问题,突出全自动装配单元的高速和稳定性,达到了提高作业效率和装配质量的目的。
Based on the assembly operation flow of bolt and nut,combined with the design concept of fewer people,the fully automatic assembly unit of bolt and nut is designed,and the structures of electric control system,conveying device,tightening device,testing device,discharge device and tooling parts are demonstrated and designed systematically,which realizes the intelligent assembly of bolt and nut.At the same time,focusing on five innovative points and solving two core problems,this study highlights the high speed and stability of the fully automatic assembly unit,and achieves the purpose of improving operation efficiency and assembly quality.
