摘要
为了适应重型越野车辆的不同使用工况,设计了一种可调整踏步级数的多功能上车踏步结构。首先分析了常见的上车踏步结构类型,然后根据使用工况确定了该上车踏步的结构形式。针对该踏步的具体结构组成及调整方式进行了设计。最后通过结构静强度仿真分析,验证了该踏步结构的有效性。
In order to adapt to the different operating conditions of heavy off-road vehicles,a multi-function steps structure with adjustable steps is designed.Firstly,the common structure types of steps are analyzed,and then the structural form of the steps is determined according to the working conditions.The concrete structure composition and adjustment mode of the step are designed.Finally,the effectiveness of the tread structure is verified by the static strength simulation analysis of the structure.
