除雪车滚扫装置结构试验及优化

摘要 通过静态加载模拟试验方法分别对三款滚扫装置的防撞性能进行了测试,分析了不同设计结构滚扫装置的强度、刚度及弹性吸能极限大小,结果表明:改进后滚扫装置较改进前的强度、刚度、弹性吸能极限均有所提升,但提升效果不明显。基于对比试验结果,设计开发了新型除雪车滚扫装置,经测试验证,新型滚扫装置的强度、刚度及弹性吸能极限较原滚扫装置分别提升了183%、244%和125%,整体防撞性能提升明显,有效保证了除雪车滚扫装置的作业安全。 The anti-collision performance of three kinds of rolling and sweeping devices is tested by static loading simulation test method,and the strength,stiffness and elastic energy absorption limit of different designed structures are analyzed.The results show that the strength,stiffness and elastic energy absorption limit of the improved rolling sweep device are higher than those before improvement,but the lifting effect is small.Based on the comparative test results,a new type of rolling and sweeping device of the snowplow is designed and developed.The test results show that the strength,stiffness and elastic energy absorption limit of the new rolling and sweeping device are increased by 183%,244%and 125%respectively compared with the original rolling and sweeping device.The overall anti-collision performance is improved obviously,which effectively ensures the operation safety of the rolling and sweeping device of the snowplow.
