ICP-AES测定镍基高温合金中铌

摘要 通过对仪器参数和试验条件的优化,建立了ICP-AES测定镍基高温合金中铌元素的分析方法。结果表明:此方法线性相关系数>0.995,相对标准偏差<1.0%(次数n=11),加标回收率在99%~106%,具有良好的精密度和准确度,能够满足日常分析中对镍基高温合金中铌元素测定的需要。 Through the optimization of instrument parameters and experimental conditions,an analytical method for the determination of niobium in nickel-base high-temperature alloy by ICP-AES was established.The results show that the linear correlation coefficient of this method was>0.995,the relative standard deviation was<1.0%(n=11),the recovery rates measured by standard addition method were in the range of 97%~101%.This method has good precision and accuracy,and can meet the needs of daily analysis for the determination of niobium in nickel-base high-temperature alloy.
