摘要
针对目前电梯维保质量良莠不齐的问题,从使用单位角度出发,选取电梯维保的应急救援、事故发生情况等五个方面共计16个指标,建立了全面有效的维保质量评价指标体系,并构建了基于层次分析的模糊综合评价模型。其关键算法包括运用层次分析法确定指标权重和运用模糊综合评价法对指标进行综合评判。最后通过实例得出了维保单位的最终评价等级,验证了本评价模型的合理性。
In view of the uneven quality of elevator maintenance at present,from the perspective of the user,a comprehensive and effective evaluation index system of elevator maintenance quality is established by selecting a total of 16 indicators from five aspects,such as emergency rescue and accident occurrence,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP is constructed.The key algorithms include using analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the index.Finally,the final evaluation grade of the maintenance unit is obtained through an example,which verifies the rationality of the evaluation model.
