摘要
抗侧滚扭杆装置广泛应用于城市轨道车辆中,其安装在车体与构架之间,有效提升了整车的抗侧滚性能。针对抗侧滚扭杆装置扭杆与构架连接螺栓松动问题,结合普查结果及现场安装过程,找到螺栓松动原因,并通过试验方法,优化防松措施,基本解决了此位置螺栓松动的问题。
The anti-rolling torsion bar device is widely used in urban-rail vehicles.It is installed between the carbody and the bogie frame,which effectively improves anti-rolling performance of the vehicle.In this paper,aiming at the loosening of bolts connecting with torsion bar and bogie frame,combined with on-site investigation results and installation process,the reasons for the loosening of the bolts were found.And through the test method,the anti-loosening measures were optimized,and the problem of bolt loosening at this position was basically solved.
