摘要
为了降低空压机的电能损耗,提高供气系统压力控制的稳定性,将变频调速技术应用于煤矿空压机上。首先分析了螺杆式空压机的工作原理和在工频状态运行时的特点,其次分析了空压机变频运行原理,再次给出了改造的需求分析和基本方案,最后总结了空压机变频改造项目的应用效果。
In order to reduce the power loss of the air compressor and improve the stability of the pressure control of the air supply system,the variable frequency speed regulation technology is applied to the coal mine air compressor.Firstly,the working principle of screw air compressor and its characteristics in power frequency operation are analyzed.Secondly,the variable frequency operation principle of air compressor is analyzed.Thirdly,the demand analysis and basic scheme of transformation are given.Finally,the application effect of the variable frequency transformation project of air compressor is summarized.
