摘要 井下风门作为煤矿重要的风流控制设备,在目前应用中主要存在目标识别精度及灵敏度较差、开闭不畅等问题,严重影响煤矿安全高效生产。针对风门控制环节存在的问题,对风门自动闭锁控制及监测技术进行深入分析,结合多传感器信息融合技术提出了一种基于PLC的风门智能闭锁控制系统,可实现对通过风门目标的智能识别,同时可对风门状态及附近环境参数实时监测,实现风流的自适应调节,对煤矿智能化“一通三防”建设具有实际意义。 As an important air flow control equipment in coal mine,the underground automatic air door has many problems such as poor target recognition accuracy and sensitivity,poor opening and closing,which seriously affects the safe and efficient production of coal mine.Aiming at the problems existing in the air door control link,this paper deeply analyzes the automatic control and monitoring technology of the damper,and proposes an intelligent locking control system of the damper based on the PLC control in combination with the multi-sensor information fusion technology,which can realize the intelligent identification of the target passing through the damper,and at the same time can monitor the status of the damper and the surrounding environmental parameters in real time to realize the adaptive adjustment of the airflow,it is of practical significance to the construction of intelligent"one communication and three prevention"in coal mines.
