激光测距传感器在桁架机器人控制系统中的应用

Application of Laser Ranging Sensor in TrussRobot Control System

随着智能制造进程的推进,桁架机器人在智能制造中的应用越来越广。一个桁架机器人集成控制系统中会应用到各种各样的传感器,而可实现非接触测量的光电传感器在其中占据着非常重要的地位,其中的激光测距传感器作为一种光电传感器也得到了广泛的应用。基于以上实际情况,提出了一种激光测距传感器新的应用思路。

With the advance of intelligent manufacturing process,the application of truss robot in intelligent manufacturing is more and more extensive,a variety of sensors are used in the integrated control system of truss robot,the photoelectric sensor,which can realize non-contact measurement,occupies a very important position among them,and the laser ranging sensor,as a photoelectric sensor,has also been widely used.Based on the above actual situation,a new application idea of laser ranging sensor is provided.
