消化内科抗菌药物合理用药的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Rational Use of Antimicrobial Drugs in Gastroenterology

目的:分析长沙南雅医院消化内科住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,提出合理用药的针对性措施。方法:选取2020年9月—2021年9月长沙南雅医院消化内科收治的患者58例为研究对象,分析患者抗菌药物的使用情况。结果:58例患者中采用单一用药方式30例,占比51.72%;二联用药15例,占比25.86%;三联用药13例,占比22.41%。单一用药率高于两药联合、三药联合使用率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。58例患者抗菌药物使用左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星及哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠的次数较多。58张抗菌药物处方中不合理用药处方11张,以用法用量不当、联用方式不当为主要类型。结论:消化内科住院患者抗菌药物的使用过程中存在一定的用药不合理情况,要加强抗菌药物管理,保证用药安全性。

Objective:To analyze the use of antimicrobial drugs in inpatients of the Department of Gastroenterology,Changsha Nanya Hospital,and propose targeted measures for rational drug use.Methods:Fifty-eight patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology,Changsha Nanya Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and the use of antimicrobial drugs in patients was analyzed.Results:Among fifty-eight patients,thirty cases(51.72%)used single medication,fifteen cases(25.86%)used two-drug,and thirteen cases(22.41%)used three-drug.The rate of single drug use was higher than the rate of two-drug combination and three-drug combination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of antimicrobial drug use of levofloxacin,moxifloxacin and piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium was higher in fifty-eight patients.There were eleven prescriptions for irrational use of antimicrobial drugs among fifty-eight prescriptions,with inappropriate dosage and inappropriate mode of combination being the main types.Conclusion:There are certain cases of unreasonable medication use in the process of antimicrobial drug use in gastroenterology inpatients,and the management of antimicrobial drugs should be strengthened to ensure the safety of medication use.
