改良式部分拔甲术治疗嵌甲型甲沟炎患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Modified Partial Nail Extraction for Patients with Ingrown Nail Type Paronychia

目的:探讨采用改良式部分拔甲术治疗对嵌甲型甲沟炎患者临床功能、愈合程度及复发率的影响。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年2月聊城市第二人民医院急诊科收治的嵌甲型甲沟炎患者90例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各45例。对照组采用常规拔甲术治疗,研究组采用改良式部分拔甲术治疗。比较两组患者临床表现、愈合程度、生活质量及复发率。结果:研究组临床表现总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);研究组视觉模拟量表评分低于对照组,干燥时间及愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);治疗后,两组患者躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:改良式部分拔甲术应用于嵌甲型甲沟炎患者治疗中,可以改善临床表现、愈合程度,提升患者生活质量,减少复发情况发生。

Objective:To investigate the effect of treatment with modified partial nail extraction on the clinical function,healing degree and recurrence rate of patients with ingrown nail type paronychia.Methods:Ninety patients with ingrown nail type paronychia admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine,Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as observation subjects and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with forty-five cases each.The control group was treated by conventional nail extraction,and the study group was treated by modified partial nail extraction.The clinical performance,healing degree,quality of life and recurrence rate of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The overall excellent clinical performance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).The visual analog scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the drying time and healing time were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.000).After treatment,the scores of somatic function,emotional function,and social function were higher in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Modified partial nail extraction can improve clinical performance,healing,quality of life,and reduce recurrence in the treatment of patients with ingrown nail.
