手法复位联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗耳石症的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Manual Resetting Combined with Betahistine Mesylate in the Treatment of Otolithiasis

目的:分析手法复位联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗耳石症的临床效果。方法:选取2019年8月—2020年8月新泰市人民医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的耳石症患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用手法复位治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、患者满意度、眩晕障碍评分、平衡能力与生活质量评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0026);观察组治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0055);治疗后,两组患者眩晕障碍评分均降低,平衡能力评分均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组眩晕障碍评分低于对照组,平衡能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000);治疗后,两组患者躯体功能、情绪角色、心理卫生、社会功能、躯体角色、疼痛、总体健康、活力评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000)。结论:甲磺酸倍他司汀联合手法复位治疗耳石症的临床效果显著,可改善患者眩晕症状、平衡能力及生活质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of manual resetting combined with betahistine mesylate in the treatment of otolithiasis.Methods:Sixty cases of otolithiasis patients admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology,Xintai People's Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with thirty cases each.The control group was treated with betahistine mesylate,and the observation group was treated with manual resetting on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,patient satisfaction,vertigo disorder score,balance ability and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results:The total treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0026).The treatment satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0055).After treatment,the vertigo disorder score decreased and the balance ability score increased in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the vertigo disorder score was lower than that of the control group,and the balance ability score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000).After treatment,the scores of somatic function,emotional role,mental health,social function,somatic role,pain,general health,and vitality were higher in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant in the observation group than in the control group(P=0.0000).Conclusion:The clinical effect of betahistine mesylate combined with manual resetting in the treatment of otolithiasis is significant,which can improve patients'vertigo symptoms,balance and quality of life,and increase patient satisfaction.
