火龙罐联合梅花针刺络放血治疗面瘫的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Fire Dragon Jar Combined with Plum Blossom Acupuncture and Bloodletting in the Treatment ofFacial Paralysis

目的:探讨火龙罐联合梅花针刺络放血治疗面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年4月清远市人民医院中医科收治的面瘫患者84例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予火龙罐联合梅花针刺络放血治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、面瘫改善效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025);治疗后,两组患者面部运动、面部对称性评分均升高,面神经功能评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组面部运动、面部对称性评分高于对照组,面神经功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:面瘫患者采取火龙罐联合梅花针刺络放血治疗可促使患者症状消退,恢复正常的面部运动和面部对称性,改善面神经功能,疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire dragon jar combined with plum blossom acupuncture and bloodletting in the treatment of facial palsy.Methods:Eighty-four patients with facial palsy admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Qingyuan People's Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with forty-two cases each.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given fire dragon jar combined with plum blossom acupuncture and bloodletting treatment.The clinical efficacy and improvement effect of facial palsy were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).After treatment,the facial movement and facial symmetry scores increased and the facial nerve function scores decreased in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the facial movement and facial symmetry scores were higher than those in the control group,and the facial nerve function scores were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.000).Conclusion:The treatment of facial palsy patients with fire dragon jar combined with plum blossom acupuncture and bloodletting can promote patients'symptoms to subside,restore normal facial movement and facial symmetry,and improve facial nerve function with definite efficacy.
