中药化瘀通络汤辅助手术治疗脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的临床价值

Clinical Value of Chinese Herbal Medicine Huayu Tongluo Decoction as an Adjunct to Surgery for Spinal FractureCombined with Spinal Cord Injury

目的:分析中药化瘀通络汤辅助手术治疗脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的临床价值。方法:选取2019年6月—2022年6月酒泉市中医院收治的脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者40例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组给予手术治疗,观察组给予手术联合中药化瘀通络汤治疗。比较两组患者脊髓功能、肛门括约肌功能、日常生活能力、生活质量评分、治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者脊髓功能和肛门括约肌功能评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000);治疗后,观察组患者日常生活能力和生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0080);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0374)。结论:脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者给予中药化瘀通络汤辅助手术治疗,可促进患者脊髓功能恢复,减少肛门括约肌损伤,增强日常生活能力,提升患者生活质量,提高治疗总有效率,并发症较少。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine Huayu Tongluo decoction as an adjunct to surgery in the treatment of spinal fractures combined with spinal cord injury.Methods:Forty patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury admitted to Jiuquan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,twenty cases each.The control group was given surgery,and the observation group was given surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine Huayu Tongluo decoction treatment.The spinal cord function,anal sphincter function,daily living ability,quality of life score,treatment effect,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the spinal cord function and anal sphincter function scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000).After treatment,the daily living ability and quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment efficiency of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0080).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0374).Conclusion:Giving patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury Chinese medicine Huayu Tongluo decoction to assist surgery can promote the recovery of spinal cord function,reduce anal sphincter injury,enhance the ability of daily life,improve the quality of life of patients,and increase the overall efficiency of treatment with fewer complications.
