中医护理临床路径在肺癌患者中的应用效果

Effectiveness of Clinical Pathway of Chinese Medicine Nursing in Lung Cancer Patients

目的:分析中医护理临床路径在肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年9月山东省枣庄市峄城区中医院收治的肺癌患者54例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各27例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予中医护理临床路径干预。比较两组患者生活质量、护理满意度、住院时间及住院费用。结果:护理后,观察组心理状态、社会职能、症状改善评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者住院时间、住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于肺癌患者,实施中医护理路径可有效提升生存质量,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of clinical pathway of Chinese medicine nursing in patients with lung cancer.Methods:Fifty-four cases of lung cancer patients admitted to Yicheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with twenty-seven cases each.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was given clinical pathway intervention of Chinese medicine nursing.The quality of life,nursing satisfaction,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After care,the psychological state,social function and symptom improvement scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patient care satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization and hospitalization cost of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For lung cancer patients,the implementation of TCM nursing pathway can effectively improve survival quality and enhance patient care satisfaction.
