Objective:To explore the differential diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and CT in cerebral infarction complicated by cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Sixty patients with suspected cerebral infarction complicated by cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Yantai Mountain Hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected as study subjects.Patients were subjected to MRI and CT examinations, and comprehensive examination and clinical observation were used as the gold standard to analyze the results of MRI and CT examinations. Results:Sixty patients with suspected cerebral infarction complicated by cerebral hemorrhage were diagnosed by comprehensive clinical examination in fifty-nine cases(98.33%),and the diagnostic compliance rate, sensitivity and specificity of MRI examination were higher than that of CT examination, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MRI detection rate was higher than that of CT detection, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection time and diagnostic elapsed time of MRI lesions were shorter than those of CT detection, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI can be used for clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction complicated by cerebral hemorrhage, and its detection accuracy is higher than that of CT,which can diagnose the disease more accurately and clarify the location of the lesion, and provide a strong basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
