黏蛋白4在脑膜瘤组织中的表达及其诊断意义

Expression of Mucin 4 in Meningioma Tissue and Its Diagnostic Significance

目的:探讨黏蛋白4(MUC4)在脑膜瘤组织中的表达及其诊断意义。方法:选取2015年1月—2022年9月广东省台山市人民医院神经外科收治的脑膜瘤患者100例为观察组,选取同期中枢神经系统非脑膜瘤肿瘤患者50例为对照组。两组患者行免疫组织化学检测,观察MUC4、上皮性钙黏连蛋白、上皮细胞膜抗原(EMA)、人β-连环蛋白(β-cat)、孕激素受体(PR)的表达情况,判断MUC4在脑膜瘤疾病中的诊断价值。结果:观察组患者MUC4表达率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);MUC4在各型脑膜瘤中均存在一定表达;EMA、β-cat、PR在脑膜瘤患者中表达率低于MUC4表达率,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:在脑膜瘤疾病诊断中采用MUC4检验具有显著优势,可提升提前诊断率。

Objective:To investigate the expression of mucin 4(MUC4)in meningioma tissues and its diagnostic significance.Methods:One hundred meningioma patients admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery,Taishan People's Hospital from January 2015 to September 2022 were selected as the observation group,and fifty patients with non-meningioma tumors in the central nervous system in the same period were selected as the control group.Immunohistochemical tests were performed in both groups to observe the expression of MUC4,epithelial calreticulin,epithelial cell membrane antigen(EMA),humanβ-cat(β-cat)and progesterone receptor(PR),and to determine the diagnostic value of MUC4 in meningioma disease.Results:The expression rate of MUC4 was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).MUC4 was expressed in all types of meningioma.EMA,β-cat,and PR were expressed in meningioma patients at a lower rate than MUC4 expression,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:The use of MUC4 test in the diagnosis of meningioma disease has significant advantages and can enhance the early diagnosis rate.
