西城区某社区老年居民连续5年血压、血脂、血糖的变化分析

Analysis of Changes in Blood Pressure,Lipids and Blood Glucose of Elderly Residents in a Community in Xicheng District for Five Consecutive Years

目的:分析西城区某社区老年居民连续5年血压、血脂、血糖变化,探讨规律运动、焦虑等因素对社区老年居民血压、血脂、血糖产生的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2022年7月广内社区卫生服务中心完成体检的年龄≥65岁的110例居民为观察对象,比较受检者连续5年血压、血脂、血糖等指标差异。结果:2019—2022年研究对象年龄、高血压病占比、2型糖尿病占比与2018年比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老年社区居民2020年、2021年、2022年的收缩压、舒张压数值高于2018年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2020年居民心率高于2018年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2021年居民甘油三酯(TG)水平低于2018年,2022年TG水平高于2018年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2020年、2021年、2022年的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于2018年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2020年、2022年居民空腹血糖水平高于2018年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:与2018年比较,2020年、2021年、2022年社区老年居民血压、血脂及血糖存在明显变化,提示近2年社区居民代谢综合征发病率可能有增加趋势。

Objective:To analyze the changes in blood pressure,lipids and blood glucose of elderly residents in a community in Xicheng District for five consecutive years,and to explore the effects of regular exercise and anxiety on blood pressure,lipids and blood glucose produced by elderly residents in the community.Methods:One hundred and ten residents aged≥65 years old who completed physical examinations in Guangnei Community Health Center from January 2018 to July 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and the differences in blood pressure,lipids,and blood glucose indexes in five consecutive years among the subjects were compared.Results:There were significant differences in age,proportion of hypertension and type 2 diabetes between 2019—2022 and 2018(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure values of elderly community residents in 2020,2021,and 2022 were higher than those in 2018,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The heart rate of residents in 2020 was higher than that in 2018,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Resident triglyceride(TG)levels in 2021 were lower than in 2018,and TG levels in 2022 were higher than in 2018,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).HDL cholesterol levels in 2020,2021,and 2022 were lower than those in 2018,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Fasting blood glucose levels of residents in 2020 and 2022 were higher than those in 2018,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with 2018,there were significant changes in blood pressure,lipids and blood glucose among elderly residents in the community in 2020,2021 and 2022,suggesting that there may be an increasing trend in the incidence of metabolic syndrome among residents in the community in the last 2 years.
