广西桂西地区肺癌患者心理及社会现状调查

Investigation on Psychological and Social Status of Patients with Lung Cancer in West Guangxi

目的:调查广西桂西地区肺癌患者心理、社会现状及影响因素。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年1月百色市3所综合性医院收治的肺癌患者197例作为调查对象。采用一般情况调查表、疾病心理社会适应量表(PAIS-SR),比较患者临床资料差异,调查心理社会适应水平,分析肺癌患者心理社会适应的影响因素。结果:肺癌患者PAIS-SR总得分为(54.37±14.73)分,条目平均分为(1.24±0.33)分;单因素分析结果显示不同平均月收入、吸烟史、家庭关系、社会关系的患者PAIS-SR评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示吸烟史、月收入水平、家庭关系及社会关系是肺癌患者心理社会适应的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:桂西地区肺癌患者心理社会适应能力处于中下水平,患者平均月收入、吸烟史、家庭关系、社会关系是影响心理社会适应的主要因素,治疗过程尽早发现患者负面心理给予干预,改善治疗效果,延长生存时间。

Objective:To investigate the psychological and social status and influencing factors of lung cancer patients in Guangxi and Guangxi.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,197 cases of lung cancer patients admitted to 3 general hospitals in Baise City were selected as the investigation objects.The general situation questionnaire and the Psychosocial Adaptation to Illness Scale(PAIS-SR)were used to compare the differences in clinical data of patients,investigate the level of psychosocial adaptation,and analyze the influencing factors of psychosocial adaptation in patients with lung cancer.Results:The total score of PAIS-SR in patients with lung cancer was(54.37±14.73),and the average score of the items was(1.24±0.33).The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in PAIS-SR scores among patients with different average monthly income,smoking history,family relationship and social relationship(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that smoking history,monthly income level,family relationship and social relationship were the influencing factors for the psychosocial adaptation of patients with lung cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychosocial adaptability of lung cancer patients in western Guangxi is at the middle-low level,and the average monthly income,smoking history,family relationship,and social relationship are the main factors affecting psychosocial adaptability.During the treatment process,it is necessary to detect the negative psychology of patients as early as possible and intervene to improve the treatment effect and prolong the survival time.
