消毒供应中心质量追溯管理应用于外来医疗器械流程监控的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Quality Traceability Management in Disinfection Supply Center Applied to Process Monitoring ofForeign Medical Devices

目的:探讨外来医疗器械流程监控过程中采用消毒供应中心质量追溯管理模式的应用效果。方法:选取2022年9月昆山市康复医院接收的200件外来医疗器械,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100件。对照组给予常规管理,观察组给予消毒供应中心质量追溯管理。比较两组缺陷发生率、管理效果及手术科室满意度。结果:观察组外来医疗器械缺陷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010);观察组清洗效果、灭菌效果、灭菌监测管理、服务态度、技术水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组手术科室满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.009)。结论:在外来医疗器械流程监控管理中实施消毒供应中心质量追溯管理优势明显,可提高管理效果及手术科室满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of adopting the quality traceability management mode of disinfection supply center in the process monitoring process of imported medical devices.Methods:Select 200 foreign medical devices received by Kunshan Rehabilitation Hospital in September 2022,and randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group,with 100 pieces in each group.The control group was given routine management,and the observation group was given quality traceability management of the disinfection supply center.The incidence of defect,management effect and satisfaction degree of the operating department were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of foreign medical device defects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).The cleaning effect,sterilization effect,sterilization monitoring management,service attitude,and technical level scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction degree of the operation department in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.009).Conclusion:The quality traceability management of the disinfection supply center has obvious advantages in the process monitoring and management of foreign medical devices,which can improve the management effect and the satisfaction of the operating department.
