摘要
某局两站融冰系统流量传感器目前采用的是进口产品。但进口产品易受安全隐患、进口限制、技术封锁卡脖子、设备停产等因素影响。融冰系统流量传感器国产化,可以提高电网运行的可靠性,解决技术风险卡脖子等不利因素。基于此,根据机械设计图、现场实物图等介绍了设备的结构、安装、K系数的设定等,系统地阐述了国产化使用方法,并开展耐压试验,试验结果满足现场使用标准。
The flow sensor of a two-station ice melting system of a certain bureau currently adopts imported products.Imported products are affected by factors such as potential safety hazards,import restrictions,technical blockades,and equipment shutdowns.Localization of the flow sensor of the ice melting system can improve the reliability of power grid operation and solve adverse factors such as technical risks.Based on this,through mechanical design drawings and on-site physical drawings,the structure,installation,and setting of K coefficient of the equipment are introduced,and the domestic use method is systematically expounded.A withstand voltage test is carried out,and the test results meet the standards for field use.
